Spending a good and productive day is a dream of everyone.
Most of the time, we spend our days without planning. This will make us sad and we not gain any positive results.

In this post, I will share with you how to spend a productive day.
Morning Time ⛅
1. Waking Up Early:
If you wake up early, then you can better concentrate on your work. In the morning, our mind is very active. It’s a quiet time to do any productive work.
2. Setting Up Positive Mindset:
In the morning, you can pray and wish God to spend a day with positve mindset. Make a plan in your mind to not do unproductive things and only work on positive things.
3. Self Care:
Doing a short morning walk can give you pleasure. You can do a peaceful walk in the morning while hearing birds’ voices and breathing fresh air.
4. Take Sunshine:
You can spend some time getting some sunshine. It will fill your body with Vitamin D. Your mood will also change if you get sunshine.
5. Stay Hydrated:
After waking up in the morning do hydrate yourself by drinking 3 glasses of water.
6. Flowers In Your Workspace:
Go to your garden, pick some flowers from it and place them in your workspace. You will start getting a nice fragrance in your room.
Afternoon Time 🕑
1. Healthy Food:
Take healthly lunch in the afternoon. It will make you work with good energy. Try to eat a fresh lunch that will not make your stomach suffer.
2. Movement Of Body:
Try to leave your workspace for a few minutes. By taking breaks, your mind will become fresh. You can continue your work after your mind becomes fresh.
3. Connection With Others:
Talk to others with kindness and appreciate other people. This will make you a good connection with others.
4. Focus On A Single Task:
If you do a single task at a time, then your efficiency in your work will increase. Try to complete your single task and then move to other tasks.
5. Relax After Doing Work:
Take a rest for some time after doing work. Move your body by walking for 2 minutes around your workspace.
6. Hobbies:
In the afternoon, you can also read a book, play music and do creative drawings.
7. Daily Improvement:
Try to do better than your previous day. If you are feeling stressed on a day, then don’t worry. Spend your day with patience in mind.
8. Do Meditation:
Do a one-time meditation in the afternoon. Start breathing slowly. Close your eyes for a few minutes and start breathing slowly. You can also try to listen to any soft voice around your room that will divert your mind from your work. If you are feeling depressed, then start viewing the walls in your room and try to keep away from your digital screen.
9. Watch Motivational Video:
Start watching any inspirational/motivational video by which you can increase your knowledge.
10. Learning Skills:
In the afternoon, you can also learn any soft skill, like playing piano or guitar. You can also start making sketches that can make your mind creative.
Night Time 😴
1. Brushing Teeth:
At nighttime, you can brush your teeth, which will make you feel fresh.
2. Do Shave:
I often shave at night because during the daytime I don’t get enough time.
3. Taking A Warm Bath:
To have a peaceful sleep, take a warm bath.
4. Reading A Book:
I always read a physical book before sleeping. By reading a book, you can increase your knowledge, and it will also improve your thinking power.
5. Watching TV:
If you have a habit of watching TV at night, then you can watch a calm cartoon series.
6. Planning Next Day:
Write a to-do list for your next day. Also, set an alarm to wake up early tomorrow.
7. Taking Enough Sleep:
Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is better for your health.
