How To Make Your Bones Strong In Old Age

Good morning.

Today the weather is quite good. Two days earlier heavy rain fell in Islamabad which decreased the temperature of Islamabad. The weather is very pleasant nowadays. It is expected that rainfall will continue in the coming days. I hope the weather in your city is also pleasant and you are enjoying the weather.

When we are in childhood, we often feel a little weak because of the growth stage of our bodies. We consume more vitamins by sunlight, i.e., we spend more time outside our homes. Similarly, we take more calcium in our growing age. The calcium is fulfilled by taking milk.

At a younger age, our muscles become strong and in this stage, we need to consume our days in productive activities. Our brain is at a mature stage. We have to read books, complete our studies, and spend more time in activities that will make an impact on our future lives. This is the time of not entertainment but for our life-changing scenario to happen.

Today’s topic is about how we can make our bones strong in old age. When we exceed 40, our muscles and bones go to weakness. This happens to both females and males.

To make your bones strong please follow the below steps:-

  • Try to avoid doing heavy exercises that you do in your younger age.
  • Don’t stay at home all day or all day in the office. If you are a professional working in an office like you are a computer professional, office guy, bank man or you are a man/woman who stays in one place most of the time. Then I suggest leaving your office for some time and having your lunch outside your office. The reason behind this is that if you take sunlight for some time, it will fill vitamins in your body. It is also noted that you may get some tension in your work and it is impossible for everyone to work continuously for many hours. You may get neck pain, back pain, or headache. The better way is to do wudu in the afternoon and pray your zuhr namaz. This will relieve your muscles and give you calmness in your brain.
  • You have to keep in mind that your age is declining and everyone will be careful to become more energetic. Don’t try to run faster and avoid being a pro dancer.
  • Some people may get pain in their bones. This is normal. Don’t get discouraged. It’s life and you can enjoy spending your time in a happy mood always. Make your diet good and don’t ever miss your meal. If you try to miss your one meal then nature will make you in a habit of missing your meals often will tend to lose your health and you will miss your good times.
  • In Ramadan, Allah gives us enough energy to complete our roza. This does not mean that we always miss our meal. Ramadan is for one month and not for a whole year. If Allah gives you enough resources then always eat according to your standards.

Hope you get some points that can make you live a healthy and happy life.

Have a nice day.

Bye 🙂
