Staying active and healthy all day is not as difficult as we think.

It is healthy to take dinner as early as possible. By taking your dinner early your digestion system becomes stronger.

Try to move your body every 30 minutes instead of sitting for a longer time.

Eating Dry Fruits ๐Ÿ‡

Eating Dry Fruits like peanuts, almonds, and Kishmish (Urdu Word) makes you active all day.

Be Hydrated ๐Ÿฅค

Drinking coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ juice, sugar cane juice ๐Ÿฅค, mango juice ๐Ÿฅญ is good for your health.

Also drinking lemon juice ๐Ÿน and pure water ๐Ÿ’ฆ is very important specially in summer ๐Ÿ๏ธ season.

Completing Enough Sleep ๐Ÿฅฑ

It’s very entertaining in watching the sunrise ๐ŸŒ… in the early morning.

Sit on the chair in the early morning ๐ŸŒ„ and start viewing the sunrise that will make your all day happy ๐Ÿ˜ and comfortable ๐Ÿ’–
