The sugar has both advantages and disadvantages that we will discuss today.


Advantages Of Eating Sugar

1. Makes Us Happy:

Eating Sugar products makes us Happy. We enjoy eating sugary foods more than normal foods. Like bakery sweets are too tasty and everyone likes them.

2. Instant Energy:

Our energy level increases fast and we will start feeling that our stomach becomes full in little time.

3. Levels Sugar Level:

The blood is made up of sugar ingredients and we have to maintain a certain sugar level in the blood. So avoiding sugary foods is bad for our health also.

4. Preventing Food Damage:

Some food items like jellies and jams are prevented from bacteria damage because of using sugar in them.

5. Makes Food Tasty:

Any type of thing in which sugar is added becomes tasty like tea, lemon juice, milk etc.

6. Removes Dehydration:

Sugar is intensively used in making cold drinks. Cold drinks make our body active and our body becomes energetic.


Disadvantages Of Eating Sugar

1. Harms Teeth:

When we start eating more sugar then it helps feed bacteria found in our teeth. These bacteria start decaying our teeth and our health becomes lost.

2. Bad For Liver:

Fatty liver disease is caused by consuming more sugar in our daily diet.

3. Skin Diseases:

Acne is a skin disease that is created by using sugar. Our skin looks old if we don’t stop eating sugar.

4. Increases Weight:

By eating more sugar products the body gains more fat which makes us inactive and we lose attractiveness from our body.

5. Unhealthy Heart:

We cannot live without a healthy heart. Sugar also creates blood pressure in our heart. To make our heart in a good position is to avoid eating high sugar.

6. Kills Resistance Bacteria:

Our body starts creating diabetes which is dangerous for our health. Diabetes kills the resistant bacteria that protects our body from  outside diseases.

7. Feels Tiredness:

The body gets fatigued after using sugar in high quantities.

8. Addictive Behavior:

People at every age become addictive after eating sugary food items.
