Emotions are the main building blocks of our life that keep us alive.

Every living being reacts differently in the same situation.

In today’s post, I will describe different types of emotions we get in our daily lives:

1. Joyfulness:

Having happy moments in life is the most memorable moment of every living creature.

The more joy you keep in your life, the more satisfied you will feel with it.

2. Angry Mood:

Some people get angry very quickly, while others have more stamina in controlling their anger.

If you stay with someone who is always angry, then your ability to absorb anger increases automatically.

3. Sad Memories:

Life gives us both sad and joyful moments.

Being sad is a natural habit, but staying sad all the time is not a good choice.

Try to forget what happened in the past.

Have fun with every little happy moment you get in your life

4. Your Achievements:

If you work to gain something in your life, then you will feel a different type of satisfaction.

For example, if you buy your favorite gadget with your saved money, then you will feel satisfied with your life.

Every time you use that gadget, you will remember the day you bought it.

5. Your Grief:

We are social creatures. We have grief in our bodies also.

When we see someone sad, we tend to become sad too.

Allah gives us a body that has feelings about every other creature.

6. Feeling Painful:

We can control our anger to a limit. If that limit exceeds, then it will become painful for us.

7. Noticing Body Reactions:

The brain 🧠 is the main organ of our body, which is responsible for our livelihood.

If our brain works great, then every other organ will function accurately.

8. Viewing Different Than Others See:

Every living creature around us has different aspects of seeing things.

The same situation creates different views for different people.

You view things in the same way as your life is.

9. Making Friends:

No living being has the capacity to live completely alone.

Everyone wants to have friends to whom they can share their feelings.

10. Thinking About My Enemies:

Have you noticed one thing in the world that all your enemies are at the same level as you are? The more you become stronger the more your enemies will become stronger.
