How To Make Your Body Slim


Having a slim body makes us beautiful and free from most diseases. We can easily move from one place to other without any issue. Also climbing stairs is easy for slim people.

Walking Makes You Slim 🤒

I follow some steps in making my body slim and energetic.

Fruits:

Eating fruits in your daily diet helps you to maintain a slim body. For example you can eat Apple 🍎, Orange 🍊, Strawberry 🍓 and watermelon 🍉. These fruits make you healthy and slim.

Vegetables:

Using green vegetables like cabbage 🥬, cauliflower and cucumbers helps you in making your body slim.

Early Dinner:

Eating dinner at 8:00 pm is mostly recommended by health specialists. Avoid eating at all the times. Eat healthy dinner that contains brown rice, fish and use olive oil instead of butter and ghee.

Walking:

If you want to go to the market then prefer to go while walking. Doing morning and evening walks can also make your body slim. Don’t try to sit on one place for longer time and do your most work by yourself.

Sleep Timing:

Doing 7-8 hours of sleep is mostly suggested by doctors. Try to complete your sleep and prefer to sleep at night and wake up early in the morning 🌄
