Good afternoon. It’s 4:28 p.m., and today is 30 April 2025. The weather is getting a little hot these days.
I am nowadays going through the rough schedule. I use some techniques to improve my energy level.

Today I will explain how to boost your energy:-
- If you are feeling lazy and unable to concentrate on work, then I prefer you listen to soft music. By soft music, I mean listening to Islamic naats and nasheeds. You can also listen to your favourite voice of the Quran, Majeed.
- Try to feel happy. You can make your mood happy by praying namaz, doing zikr and astaghfar.
- Doing a lot of work can decrease your energy level. Do work in small chunks. Doing multiple tasks at a time can frustrate you.
- Live a social life that can make your life entertaining and enjoyable.
- Take care of your health. Eating healthy foods can boost your energy. Eating too much food makes your life unhealthy. Try to eat less food. By this, I mean eat dry foods if you can afford it. Only eat food when you feel hungry. This will make your life energetic and active. Eating heavy food will make you lazy, and your stomach will also become unhealthy.
- Make love with plants and other natural items. This will increase your energy level. Don’t spend too much time on digital screens. Make some time for living natural life. You can do so by doing a little gardening, and this way, you will have the food items that you have planted in your home.
Conclusion:
Living a life with good health is the aim of all living creatures. You can boost your energy level by eating less and more energetic foods, like a little bit of dry fruits. Listening to soft music can also boost your energy level.
