What Are Benefits Of Fasting In Ramadan

Fasting is used as a bridge between Allah and Muslims.

When you travel through a bridge, you get to your desired location on time. When a Muslim do fasting, then Allah makes a bridge for him. The bridge makes your path to your desired location easy.

In this post, I will try to mention some of the benefits of fasting in Ramadan:-

After doing a roza, we start to make a connection with deserving people. We start to know the importance of food in our lives. As you know, many people in our country face difficulties in getting good food. So we may help less Fortunate people this month.

This month, Allah allows us to come closer to our religion. We have to not miss this month to ask forgiveness from Allah.

In other months of the year, we are free to eat at any time. In Ramadan, we can control our habits. After completing our roza, we start to develop habits of controlling our passion for eating. I mean, this month we make a rest for our stomach.

Fasting is a special event in Islam. This month, we can gain enough spirit to complete our roza and come closer to Islam and spirituality.

See you in the next post.

Take care. Bye 🙂
