Tips To Sleep Peacefully


Sleep is necessary for us, whether we are rich or poor. It relieves tension and makes our mind fresh for the next day.

Some popular personalities also complete their sleep on time. Here are a few of the successful people’s sleep times.

Some tips to sleep peacefully are:-

  1. Don’t use caffeine and sugar before sleep.
  2. Recite Surah Mulk, Ayat-Ul-Kursi before sleeping.
  3. Make sleeping dua before going to bed.
  4. Reduce screen time before 1 hour of sleeping.
  5. Do zikr of Subhan Allah (33x), Alhumdulillah (33x) and Allah O Akbar (34x).
  6. Pray Isha namaz before sleeping.
  7. Take your dinner early before sleeping.
  8. Sleep on the right side (Sunnah of Muhammad Saw)
  9. Take one glass of Milk before sleeping.
  10. Read any good book before sleeping.

Conclusion:

Allah has made sleep necessary for all human beings. If we get our sleep, then we gain enough energy to complete our work on the coming day.
