How To Make Your Health Good In Winter Season


All the health tips I know are related to the foods we eat daily.

In the winter season we like to eat fast foods. But it impacts our health badly.  Our stomach malfunctions when we consume too much fast food on a daily basis. We become fat also. To solve this problem is that we can use fast food only on some occasions and not on a daily basis.

Also oil foods are not good for our body. We can make foods by using little or no oil. Like fried chicken 🍗 is not good.

The best food in winter is orange 🍊 and apple 🍎.

Using dry fruits like almonds and butter is better for our health.

To avoid tiredness we can use tea ☕.

Chicken soup 🍲 is good and healthy food in winter season as well
