Sometimes we may feel anxious.
We may get sad news, and our surroundings may make us feel uncomfortable.
Being nervous will start to affect your health in the long term.
Life is not a straight, calm path as we think.
Sometimes we get problems, but a person who chooses to stay organised even when the environment is not good is a nice person.

Today I will try to mention some important steps that you can follow to remove anxiety:-
1. Don’t Miss Your Ibadah:
If you pray on time, then your daily tasks will start to be completed automatically. You start avoiding wasting time and only focus on your desired tasks.
2. Excercise For 30 Minutes Daily:
It’s Ramadan these days. The best time for doing exercise is after Sehri and after Iftar. It will make your body keep its stamina to do more work. Also, you start losing laziness from your body if you do exercise daily for 30 minutes.
3. Breathing Slowly:
Take a breath for 4 seconds, and exhale after 6 seconds. Concentrating on breathing exercises once a day can improve your health, and you will start removing stress and anxiety from your body.
4. Eating Healthy:
Avoid using junk food (fast food). Try to eat more meat, fruits and dry fruits. Wheat is a necessity for every human. But it makes your body become fat also. So avoid eating wheat products all the time.
5. Staying Calm:
Doing excessive thinking can make your health bad. Try to divert your mind to new ideas.
If you start feeling stressed, then take a pen and start drawing anything on paper. If you use your PC or Tablet then open any drawing app and start making good drawings or sketches on the screen.
Always try to stay calm that will make your work complete efficiently.
6. Avoid Social Media:
Nowadays, the news spreading on social media will make you feel anxious.
Don’t 100% stop social media.
But try to use social media for some time. It is better to do some productive work that can make your future bright.
You can start learning any IT Skills or start reading any good blogs or newspapers.
7. Reciting The Quran:
In Ramadan, we get enough time to recite the Quran and also read the translation and tafseer of the ayats of the Quran we read.
Making a connection with the Quran is essential for every Muslim.
8. Listening To Soft Music:
I often listen to Naats and Islamic Nasheeds. It helps my mind to calm down.
By listening to Naats, I can start feeling more connection towards Islamic teachings.
9. Talking To Other Respectfully:
Giving respect to everyone around us makes our connection better.
If you start giving respect to others, then other people will also talk with you peacefully.
10. Caring About Your Family:
Every person needs to have a good connection with others.
But the care that you get from your parents and siblings is greater than that of everyone.
You have to take care of your family because they are the only ones who will take care of you in critical situations.
11. Writing Daily:
Make a daily plan to write something good every day.
If you write something everyday then your efficiency and writing skills will also improve.
Start doing some research before writing. This will make you feel more at ease while writing.
12. Completing Your Sleep:
Doing 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for every human. Try to complete your sleep daily. If you stay awake for longer hours, then you will start doing your work roughly. You will start becoming bored and no longer concentrate on your work because of tiredness. So completing sleep will make your mind cool down.
You can play soft music or start reading any book to help you sleep quickly.
13. Keeping Patience:
We often get awkward moments in a day.
You just have to think that the time is passing very fast. This moment will also pass. Its the time of our sabar. You just have to pass 5 to 10 minutes calmly when you feel anxious or feeling angry. After those 5 minutes, you will start feeling normal.
14. Making Future Planning:
Take a piece of paper or your notebook and start writing your life goals.
After writing your life goals, start thinking about the steps you have to follow to achieve your life goals.
You have to write your life goals once a month. Then you can revise your written goals whenever you read that notebook.
Try to keep a separate notebook in which you write your monthly or yearly goals.
15. Spending Time With Good People:
If you read good people, then you automatically start writing well.
If you watch good people’s lectures on the internet, then your personality will also start becoming better than before.
It’s your choice in life to choose good or bad.
Try to have company with good people who can make your life easier.
16. Listening To Motivational Lectures:
I try to listen to motivational videos every day.
This makes me more connected towards my daily goals.
I started focusing more on my work after listening to inspirational videos.
17. Reading Good Books:
Buying every book is not a better idea. Just buy the books that you think are good for your life.
In my experience, I get 2 or 3 good books out of 10 books that I buy. I mean, I have 20% chances of getting good books.
So with experience, you start adding more good books to your life.
The books can make your life easier and more fruitful.
18. Increasing Spiritual Guidance:
If you want to increase your spiritual experience, then keep in touch with spiritual mentors/teachers.
You will start feeling peaceful while keeping in touch with spirituality.
19. Writing Your Journal:
Writing your daily achievements on paper at night is a good habit.
If you write about your little achievement you have made in a day, then you start feeling calmness in your body.
You will start feeling that you have done something meaningful today.
You will sleep peacefully at night when you achieve your daily tasks.
20. Schedule Your Daily Tasks:
Spending a planned day is more useful than a normal day.
If your day is planned, then you will do less work but with more value.
So we have to always spend a day with a plan. It will make us more organised and avoid feeling anxious and sad.
21. Organising Your Workspace:
If you want to do your work with peace of mind, then you can also organise your workspace. Keeping your workspace clean and removing distractions and extra items from your workspace is better.
You will start feeling more productive if your workspace is organised.
22. Avoid Multitasking:
Try to do one or two tasks in a day.
For example, if you are a writer, then writing/publishing one article is enough in a day.
If you keep doing more tasks, then the accuracy in your work also decreases.
So focusing on one task in a day is a good choice.
23. Living In The Current Moment:
Try to avoid thinking about what will happen in future.
It is better to focus on current events and how much you can do in your current time period.
If you always think about your future, then you start losing your current time also.
Just make your monthly or weekly plan. Avoid doing longer planning.
You can just write down your life plans once and forget about feeling anxious all the time about your future. Start enjoying your current life.
24. Limiting The Use Of Sugar:
Eating sugary foods can damage our teeth very quickly.
It also harms our liver.
I used to drink too many cold drinks a year ago. Now I have completely removed cold drinks from my life.
It takes some time to remove sugar items from your life. But one day, your health will start improving.
25. Avoiding Caffeine & Coffee:
Using too much caffeine and coffee can affect our thinking powers.
So try to use coffee or caffeine in a limited way.
26. Gifting Yourself After Completing Tasks:
If you achieve some goals in your life, then you can have a party with your loved ones. By doing this, you will feel happiness, and you can better plan your future tasks.
